Lake Jane Estates is a community of homes located near Debra Jane Lake in Bonney Lake, Washington. Lake Jane consists of approximately approximately 440 residential lots.

Debra Jane Lake is a private lake exclusively for the Estate and guests. The lake is about 19 acres and is relatively shallow, measuring not much more than 10 feet deep. The lake is used for fishing, swimming, and non-power boating. Waterfowl frequent the lake. Debra Jane Lake is fed by local springs that are augmented in late summer by nearby wells. It is a mesotrophic lake, which means that it generally has moderate nutrient concentrations, moderate algae and aquatic plant growth, and water clear enough for swimming. (Bonney Lake Volunteer Lake Study, 2018, p 10).
Lake Jane also includes robust parks with numerous activities for our residents, including:
- tennis court,
- basketball court,
- baseball field,
- volleyball court,
- Dog run,
- Horseshoes,
- and playground areas.
And of course, in the summer, our community makes great use of the Lake Jane Pool. Our community has typically provided swimming lessons, teen nights, adult swimming, and many more pool-related adventures. Many youth in our community have been employees at the pool–either working as trained lifeguards or manning the pool hut (and snack shack!).
We hope Lake Jane Estates will always be an amazing place to live. For this to happen, we rely on friendly members of our community to participate by serving on or with our Board of Trustees to oversee the activities and business of the Estate.
Current dues are $500.00 per year for Fiscal Year 7/2024 to 6/2025.
