1) Check or Money Order
Check or money order made out to Lake Jane Estates. You can mail it, drop it off at the park in the secure mailbox, or set up a bill payment through your financial institution.

2) Zelle
Zelle is an easy and free way to send bank to bank transfers. You will first need to set it up with your bank, then from your banking app, scan the QR code below to easily send homeowner association dues payments.
Important: If paying via Zelle, please include in the memo your property address and lot number.
3) Cheddar Up
If you aren’t set up for Zelle, or your bank doesn’t offer that, you can also use CheddarUp to pay for dues and other financial matters. CheddarUp is for credit card and eCheck, and the fees associated with each payment form through CheddarUp.
The associated fees for Credit Cards: 3.59% + $0.59 and eChecks: 1.59% (min $1).
